The only bad thing i can say is I cannot stay here for lifetime and its very expensive.

HOSPITALRY

The location was very good. The property was well maintained. The staff most of them were very good and friendly. The food was awesome. The room was good sized. The Himalayan view rooms were excellent. The swimming pool was also nice.

There was a weird smell in the Bathroom which after complaining also couldn’t be rectified. Some staff very few one or two especially the incharges in the restaurant were acting differently. And the health facets should have hot water for the price of the room.

Exemplary service and warmth, nestled in the heart of Gulmarg, surrounded by snow capped peaks- such a cozy vibe. Loved every moment.

The rooms were cozy and the staff were courteous. Amazing location.

After a tiring journey from Bombay my eyes lit up and got energized after Tunmarg exchange points of vehicles as not all vehicles can reach the hotel while it’s snowing.The time i reached was 11th February 2020 which was a day already forecasted to be snowing. Actually it’s forecasted for 3 days and so it did. Overwhelming sight from Rooms. It was -12 degrees outside but inside the hotel was absolutely warm from lobby to the room. Exceptional rooms and uniquely designed with Kashmiri tradition touch with good amenities. Room was exceptionally bigger than expected with balcony. The only hotel worth the money throughout Kashmir. The most comfortable stay with scenic beauty and snowing I ever witnessed. Exceptional friendly staff and politeness as Kashmiri’s known for. Heated swimming pool with the mountain sight is breath taking experience. To keep oneself warm the traditional Kashmiri KAHWA was a treat to drink. Definitely recommend to stay at this renowned Resort.

There is a space to improve Breakfast food range though it was good and stop giving Packet juice and keep fresh juice instead !! which will add to the Serenity and awesome overall impression of the reputed Resort

Khyber is a spectacular hotel in Gulmarg. In winter when weather in Gulmarg is very cold the hotel is perfect with central heating and superb service. Rooms have great facilities. Highly recommend

Best hotel on hills .Spa at Khyber hotel is awesome with good therapist .quality of food is good with timely delivery .not to mention peaceful environment .
